Maya Charlesworth

For my first trip through Yampah High, I went on the Seattle trip. For a week traveled across country to Portland, Organ to Seattle Washinton.I really enjoyed Portland, I could honestly see myself living there in the future and having a art career there. I loved how there was art on every street corner and everyone was so different, it was so awesome. We stayed in downtown Portland wich I thought was perfect because the city was just across the bridge. 

Seattle, that was the first big city I've been to besides Denver. We went to the Pikes Seattle Market Which is located next to the gum wall and  across the first ever Starbucks. I really wanted to go get a tea there but the line was of corse horrendous. Pikes Place Market was super cool there was all kinds of food and stores, my personal favorite store was a comic shop that was at the end. We also went to the Seattle Aqerium and to the EMP Museum, Which was awesome, They had a horror exibit that was a whole floor dedicated to horror movies. There was original props and coustumes, which you will see in my pictures below.
